“Service was excellent and fast. My laptop died containing hundreds of old photos and documents I have been scanning for months. Thanks for recovering all my files and the advice I received.”

At our laboratory we received a Toshiba laptop, containing a 1TB hard disk drive. We were told that the drive was making clicking noises, and not recognised at boot time.
When the hard disk drive was examined by our hardware specialists, it was soon apparent that due to overheating, damage had been caused to some components on the electronic controller board. Our engineers were able to overcome this issue, allowing us to recover all the sectors from the hard disk.
There was a small amount of damage to the file system data structures, and operating system files. We were however, able to recover all the required data files.
